La recepta va agradar tant, que hem pensat en fer-la de nou per\u00f2 amb una novetat: aquest cop preparem nosaltres mateixos els <em>nachos<\/em>. La recepta \u00e9s molt senzilla i el resultat s\u00f3n uns cruixents i saborosos nachos per gaudir amb la salsa que m\u00e9s us agradi. Aqu\u00ed us deixem algunes idees de salses per acompanyar-los: Salsa Brava al punt de picant, Qu\u00e8txup, Guacamole, Salsa de Formatge, Pico de Gallo, Bolonyesa Vegana&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per preparar la massa dels <em>nachos<\/em> es necessiten molt pocs ingredients. Preneu nota:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-200 g de farina de blat de moro<\/p>\n<p>-20 g de farina de blat<\/p>\n<p>-Un pessic de sal i pebre al gust<\/p>\n<p>-Oli d\\&#8217;oliva<\/p>\n<p>-Aigua<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pas a pas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Barrejar la farina de blat de mkoro i la farina de blat en un recipient. Afegir-hi la sal i el pebre, al gust, un rajol\u00ed d\\&#8217;oli d\\&#8217;oliva i una mica d\\&#8217;aigua calenta.<\/p>\n<p>-Amassar amb les mans i anar afegint aigua calenta poc a poc fins\u00a0 a formar una massa que no quedi molt dura. Posar en un recipient tapada con un drap i deixar reposar a la nevera uns 15 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>-Passat el temps de rep\u00f2s, posar la massa enmig de dos trossos de film i estirar amb el corr\u00f3 fins aconseguir una l\u00e0mina ben fina de massa.<\/p>\n<p>-Treure el film de sobre i tallar la massa en triangles.
