No \u00e9s f\u00e0cil tornar a la rutina, per\u00f2 amb actitud positiva i certes pautes, ens ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil aconseguir-ho.<\/p>\n<p>Pren nota!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Tornar a la rutina de manera progressiva.<\/strong> \u00c9s important donar-nos un temps per anar-nos adaptant i per anar incorporant les noves tasques i els nous horaris.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- L&#8217;actitud ho \u00e9s tot. <\/strong>Intenta mantenir una actitud positiva quan et llevis i pensa en aquells moments de desconnexi\u00f3 que puguis tenir durant el dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Cuida l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> i inclou aliments que t&#8217;aportin energia per afrontar la rutina diaria. Les fruites, verdures, peix i llegums t\\&#8217;aportaran vitalitat i et donaran les vitamines i l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria per la tornada al dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Tingues una bona higiene del son. <\/strong>Un descans adequat \u00e9s molt important per tal que el nostre organisme es recuperi f\u00edsica i emocionalment. La falta de descans produeix irritabilitat, estr\u00e8s, cansanci i falta de rendiment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Reservar-se moments de relax<\/strong> per agafar el dia amb energia \u00e9s fonamental per la nostra salut mental, sobretot en per\u00edodes d\\&#8217;estr\u00e8s emocional, com la tornada de les vacances. Pots fer ioga, meditaci\u00f3, <em>mindfulness<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Sigues flexible amb l&#8217;agenda i amb les obligacions del dia a dia<\/strong>. \u00c9s fonamental que durant la primera setmana de et donis espais d\\&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3. Intenta reprendre la rutina a poc a poc i ves adaptant el ritme a mesura que avancin els dies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-Busca l&#8217;exercici adequat per evitar el sedentarisme<\/strong>. \u00c9s important trobar una activitat que s&#8217;adapti a la teva edat i estil de vida per tal d&#8217;adquirir l&#8217;h\u00e0bit i mantenir-lo. A m\u00e9s, amb l&#8217;exercici s&#8217;alliberen endorfines que ens fan sentir millor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8- Comen\u00e7a un nou projecte<\/strong>.
