Ambdos s\u00f3n igual de bons i s\u00f3n una salsa sorprenent per a molts plats com els de peix o de carn blanca. Si la pero est\u00e0 madura molt millor; si no \u00e9s el cas, la podem tallar a trossets i coure-la al microones un parell de minuts fins que s&#8217;estovi.\u00a0 Un cop la pera estigui tova, s&#8217;aixafa amb una forquilla i es barreja amb l&#8217;allioli al got de la batedora fins obtenir un allioli crem\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<h5>ALLIOLI D&#8217;ALF\u00c0BREGA I LLIMONA<\/h5>\n<p>Aquest allioli arom\u00e0tico i refrescant \u00e9s ideal pels entrepans, les verdures a la planxa o les patates rostides. Per preparar-lo posarem al got de la batedora les fulles d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega i una cullerada petita de pell de llimona ratllada. Ho triturem i hi afegim l&#8217;allioli. Continuem emulsionant fins obtenir la textura desitjada.<\/p>\n<h5>ALLIOLI DE PEBRE VERMELL<\/h5>\n<p>Barrejar l&#8217;allioli amb el pebre vermell, al gust. \u00c9s una salsa perfecta per acompanyar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s negre.<\/p>\n<h5>ALLIOLI D&#8217;ALVOCAT<\/h5>\n<p>De textura molt cremosa, aquest \u00e9s un allioli perfecte per untar en pa i torrades. Es prepara aixafant l&#8217;alvocat amb una forquilla i barrejant-lo amb l&#8217;allioli.
