Formen part de la nostra cultura, de la nostra hist\u00f2ria i tamb\u00e9 de la nostra gastronomia. Aquesta varietat,  coneguda tamb\u00e9 com la &#8220;Fina d&#8217;Arag\u00f3&#8221; es la varietat m\u00e9s antiga d&#8217;oliver de la Pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e8rica. \u00c9s la varietat aut\u00f2ctona del Baix Arag\u00f3, i es caracteritza per tenir una polpa carnosa i un gust intens i inconfusible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;<strong>Olivada Arbequina<\/strong> utilitzem olives arbequines i olives verdes. L&#8217;oliva arbequina es caracteritza per un gust dol\u00e7 i suau i molt arom\u00e0tic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-0)\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Beneficis de le<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">s olives<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de ser un excel\u00b7lent aperitiu, les olives ens aporten grans beneficis.
