The Xató Sauce is the dressing of the Xatonada, a typical Mediterranean salad made with endive, cod, anchovies, tuna and Arbequina olives.
The Xató Sauce, like the Romesco Sauce, with which it shares many of its ingredients, is perfect for dressing salads, and also a great base for meat and fish stews, as a substitute for the classic stir-fry.
